Awesome Madison.. What about this challenge for you. Our league Half ppr. 10 team. QB,RB,WR,TE, 5 flex! When you only need RB, there will likely be an heavier emphasis on early RB (I pick 7th so will likely do Achane round 2. But what are your thoughts on how to win the 5 flexes in this setup (lean more WR or RB)...and do you prioritize a top tier QB when only 10 teams?
Thanks, Imari! Fun format, love the strategy of a bunch of flexes.
Overall, I’m really prioritizing upside here. I’d of course take any of CMC/Breece/Bijan if they fell to 7. In round 2, I’d be tempted to try and push Achane (or even Saquon/Barkley) to round 3, and take your favorite WR instead. Achane’s Yahoo ADP is 29, so there’s probably a better than 50% chance he’s there for you in the third.
After that, I’d prioritize an elite TE, and then just take whichever RB/WR is projected for more points in most rounds after that. Slight preference for WR as it’s likely that more clear weekly starters emerge at RB, but mostly comes down to who is projected more.
QB is always a bit tricky. This year, I don’t think there’s a huge drop off from QB1 to QB10, especially if you like Jayden Daniels or Caleb Williams. I wouldn’t make elite QB a priority, but if something falls to you, no qualms about taking it.
For that format, I’d want to chase perfection even more. For 2024, that practically means one of CMC/Breece/Bijan in round one if possible. Achane R2 if not. I’d also bump the elite TEs back up in priority, and push QB further down.
Something like this for a 5 round start, before filling out the rest.

Best of luck!
A follow up here Madison. I traded up so I own 2 and 14 now. 10tm HALF PPR REDRAFT. I don't have a 3rd round pick but own two 5ths (42 and 47)
Essentially it's a 2 v2 of Lamb and Achane or Breece/Bijan with a Nico/London? What pairing you prefer?
Great stuff here. Now how on earth would I translate all this strategy to a home league that is strictly a points league and not a H2H?

R1 - RB
R2/3/4 - WR
R5 - TE
Looks good to me! Thanks fie the response and good luck to you this SZN!!
