Reducing Uncertainty

Hi everybody. Those that have followed my writing and analysis in the past know that I’ve mostly focused on NFL football, and within that, the Minnesota Vikings and Best Ball. This newsletter will certainly feature those topics often, but I also wanted a space where I could write about other topics that interest me.

Often, when playing a board game or video game, or researching a public policy issue of interest, I take the time to analyze what the best solution or strategy is, and then attempt to put that strategy into practice. My plan for this newsletter is to write about that process as it unfolds, using the evidence available to inform my stance, and present that in a simple method to you. As an example, I wrote this article on how a “Bully Tight End” approach was viable in Underdog Fantasy’s Best Ball Mania tournament last year. You can expect more of that, and similar, here.
